Product description ------------------- 5 x Madacan vanilla pods, fair trade, traceable, grade A, 12-14cm. Our Fair trade grade A Madacan vanilla pods are presented in a resealable air tight pouch to extend their shelf life. WE ONLY USE THE VERY BEST MADACAN PODS. Vanilla pods are separated in to different grades which is determined by their quality. The grades are grade A and grade B Grade A is the premium gourmet variant. Grade A should be used for cooking and can be used for making extract. Grade B is mostly suitable for making vanilla extract and is usually too dry to scrape the caviar out. WE BELIEVE IN FAIR OF THE FARMERS - The farmers of Vanilla are real experts in their field and We truly believe that they deserve to be treated fairly and with respect. That is why we only source our Vanilla from fair trade farmers.
