Important Points:1. If Temperature showing continuous Low-Avoid keeping the device in the too low environment (such as AC) for a long time.2. If Temperature showing continuous High--Avoid keeping the device in the too HOT environment for a long time. 3. If No Power-Check batteries Polarity (+ & - direction), Check Battery polarity marking on Battery Cover. Installing batteries in the wrong direction for a long time can lead the device to burn inside or heat up. 4. Batteries are not included with the Product. 5. Checking Temperature on Body-Maximum distance between IR Thermometer & forehead should be 2-3Cm. 6. Checking Body or Object Temperature-Select correct mode on the device>>Current mode will show up on the screen>>Press Trigger button to check temperature 7. Changing Celsius (C) to Fahrenheit (F) mode-Press trigger button to Power On>> >>Press bottom most button which has Speaker marking for 5sec to change the mode from Fahrenheit to Celsius and vice versa. 8. Switch Off display light-Press trigger button to Power On then press the TOP button which has an indication of lighting mark for 2 seconds to change display light ON or OFF. 9. Measurement of temperature on the forehead and other parts of body may vary. 10. Switch Off Sound---Power on the device and press down button for 1 sec to ON or OFF sound. 11. If the battery is showing low on display then change the batteries with new as the temperature with the low power batteries may vary.
